  • In order to decrease your word count, eliminate lengthy transitions. For example, use “Moreover” instead of “On the other hand”, or “Therefore” instead of “As a consequence”.

     
 

Impact Factor

Impact factor is a numerical value calculated by using the number of articles published in a journal in the previous two years and the number of citations these articles received. High impact value is a clue that shows articles in that journal receive high number of citations. Therefore, in time impact factor became an indicator showing the prestige of a journal.
